Blog Tour: Night Sky by Jolene Perry – Guest Post

Hey!  Thanks for stopping by our Tour Stop for
Night Sky by Jolene Perry
hosted by Tribute Books!
Today, we are so excited to have Jolene stop by to talk about
her top 3 people/authors that she’d love to sit down with and
pick their brains!  About what?  Let’s find out!

Girl I’ve loved, girl I’m falling for. Now that they’re both in view, the problem is clear.

After losing Sarah, the friend he’s loved, to some other guy, Jameson meets Sky. Her Native American roots, fluid movements, and need for brutal honesty become addictive fast. This is good. Jameson needs distraction – his dad leaves for another woman, his mom’s walking around like a zombie, and Sarah’s new boyfriend can’t keep his hands off of her.

As he spends time with Sky and learns about her village, her totems, and her friends with drums – she’s way more than distraction. Jameson’s falling for her fast.

But Sky’s need for honesty somehow doesn’t extend to her life story – and Jameson just may need more than his new girl to keep him distracted from the disaster of his senior year.

Thanks for stopping by today Jolene!  What are your top three (3) people/authors that you’d love to sit down with and pick their brains?

Jane Austen

Michelle Obama – I’m fascinated by first ladies, and majored in Political Science so . . .

John Green – the man is absolutely incredible, and every time I read his books I wonder if I’ll ever, ever be that good.

I don’t know what I’d hope to discuss. I’m usually more interested in what people’s everyday lives are like, rather than the big things. I’d love to know what Jane did for fun – aside from play cricket. I want to know how on earth she wrote whole novels longhand with quills. I know, sort of boring, right? But these are the details about people that I find the most interesting.
I’d love to know if the attitude in Jane Austen’s books came out in her personality and daily interactions.
I’d want to know if Michelle Obama ever thought that her and Barack would make it to the Oval Office and if it’s anything like what she thought it would be.
And John Green . . . I don’t know. I guess I’d beg him to write a collaboration with me ;-D

Thanks so much for having me here today!
