seriously you can’t miss it.
This week’s question:
Which book genre do you avoid at all costs and why?
I don’t really enjoy reading biographies, memoirs, autobiographies
or things of that nature.
I love my paranormal romances, my urban fantasies, and my imaginary book boyfriends!
While you’re here, why not check out our various giveaways
which can be found on our right sidebar!

I would avoid those too. I don't know what I'd do without my urban fantasy/paranormal genre! Hahaha!

Hopping through. I love biographies and any non-fiction, but I know a lot of people can't stand them.

I quite like some memoirs but it depends on who it is from – I couldn't careless what most celebrities want to write about
Thanks for stopping by Book'd Out earlier!

Totally agree! I'll take my imaginary book boyfriends any day! Biographies/memoirs/autobiographies just don't do it for me so I skip them too.

Hi!
I am a new follower and participant of Feature & Follo Friday!
Have a great day!

Amen! Absolutely agree. While I have no problem with non-fiction it's 99% of the times nothing I'd really LOVE to read or talk about. : D
Happy Friday!

Hi! I'm a new follower!!! I can't wait to read more on your blog!!!! :)
Haha I love your comment about imaginary book boyfriends. And I agree; biographies aren't the most entertaining books that I've read. :)

I only like to read the biographies of great historical figured that I studied in school and want to know a little more about. But non-fiction in general is sometimes kind of boring. New follower and subscriber! Check out my FF:

I generally avoid paranormal romance. I love paranormal stories but when the romance overwhelms the actual story that puts me off immediately. I also don't read non-fiction because I need stories so they just don't do it for me.

I can only read memoirs/biographies of people who I have a crazy interest in before seeing the book on shelves (Tina Fey, Anthony Rapp from Rent, etc) – otherwise, if it's someone I have little interest in (or worse, haven't ever heard of!) there's absolutely no way it can hold my interest. Book boyfriends are the best :)
