New Adult contemporary romance author Heather Young-Nichols returns with another sexy, heartwarming, and often funny story about the choices we make when dating.
For Kendra Roberts, love is for fairy tale princesses who don’t live in the real world. Mr. Right? What a joke. It’s more like Mr. Right Now.
But imagine her surprise when she realizes it’s been two whole years, and Mr. Right Now has become something more. How the hell did that happen?
Panic sets in when Kendra finds out that Adam Burger might be planning a future for them and making her his “Mrs.” Mrs. Burger.
Not. So. Fast.
Kendra ends things with Adam, feeling bad for letting the relationship go this far.
After months of trying to convince herself she made the right decision, a mutual friend’s wedding throws them back together again.
In one mind-blowing moment, Kendra comes to the crushing realization that she’s been in love with Adam all along.
But when Adam seems to have already moved on, will Kendra fight for their forever after? Or will she let her once Mr. Right Now go and become someone else’s Mr. Right?
UP FOR FOREVER is the follow-up to Heather Young-Nichols’s UP FOR GRABS in which a college freshman offers her viriginity to the highest bidder in order to pay for school!

Thanks so much for taking the time and spending time with us here at Chapter by Chapter!
Thanks for having me and hosting my latest release Up for Forever! I’m so excited about this book and hope others love it, too J
Describe your book in 140 characters or less (like a Tweet)
A determined boy must convince an aromantic girl that what they have is love and there’s nothing wrong with that. Not everyone is her father.
What was your inspiration for writing this book? Was it in a dream? A thought while taking a walk?
The inspiration for Up for Forever actually came from Up for Grabs. In the first book I’d given Flannery a badass best friend, Kendra, who was hooking up with another friend, Adam. She was adamant that she had no interest in a relationship and that she and Adam were just about sex. That was her character. And yet by the end of the book Kendra and Adam had been together for two years. How did that happen? I didn’t know but I had to find out.
Tell us about the main character(s).
Kendra is a rich girl without an attitude. Oh, she has attitude all right but not the rich girl snottyness that we see pretty often. She’s a tall beautiful blonde who can basically have whoever she wants. Yet she’s aromantic. Loves sex but has zero interest in a lasting relationship. And she’s a great best friend; there through thick and thin, always on her best friend’s side no matter what. Kendra basically has no relationship with anyone in her family, though her brother is starting to try to have one. Kendra’s funny without meaning to be. Bitchy when she has to be. And most of all closed off until she can’t be.
Do you have a favorite quote or specific part in the book that you really love?
It might sound weird but I loved Kendra’s meltdown in New York. The moment she realized she had everything she could ever want but had been so stubborn that she’d lost it all and not know whether she’d ever get it back. That’s a tough spot to be in.
Was there a specific part in the book that you had an especially difficult time writing? If so, why?
Not especially. When I write, I let the story guide itself. The hard part is making everything you want to happen come together.
What sort of projects do you have going on right now. Any new books coming out?
I’m always working on something but hopefully we’ll be getting Sam’s story from Up for Grabs soon and I have a few other NA’s that I want to complete along with a YA paranormal that’s already out.
It was great having you on the blog today! We hope you’ll decide to stop by again someday, and we wish you much success in your writing future!!
